Device notifications
Checking notification support…
Sign in to enable notifications ↗On iPhone / iPad, use Share → Add to Home Screen, then open the app icon. Each device needs its own permission. Push is best-effort, may be delayed, and is not emergency dispatch. Turn it off before sharing this device.
Registered users
Last activity means a signed-in app request, not a location or guarantee the person is online. Anonymous map visitors and profiles saved only on a device are not listed. Suspending access restricts shared incidents and the notification inbox; public maps stay available.
Incident housekeeping
Close incidents before archiving. Archived incidents leave the crew list and can be restored here. Records and audit history are retained.
Crew notifications
In-app inbox only. Signed-in crews receive messages when they open the app or while it is active. This does not send SMS, email or background push. Use dispatch for urgent alerts.
Recent notifications
Read counts mean users explicitly marked a message read. They do not confirm operational receipt or understanding.
Training certificates
Access starts off for every responder. Enable only the registered users you select below. Users see their own files; you can review all certificates. Revoking access hides training and prevents uploads and downloads, while retaining existing records privately for administrator review.
Private certificates · latest 500
Downloads require your administrator account. Files are not malware-scanned. Open only trusted files in an updated viewer. No public file links or email are generated. Uploaded certificates can alert your opted-in devices. Acknowledge receipt after review to notify the owner; this does not certify validity.
